Benchmarking: Journal of Islamic Education Management, is Islamic education management which focuses on efforts to publish and disseminate results such as 1) Education Management; 2) Management/Administration of Islamic Education; 3) Literature Review on Islamic Education Management; 4) Book Review; and 5) Islamic Counseling and Guidance, Management of Islamic Counseling and Guidance. Apart from that, "BENCHMARKING" provides the widest possible opportunity to share the latest issues, ideas and views regarding Islamic Education Management, Entrepreneurship Resources, Human Management, Educational Supervision, Educational Policy, Educational Policy Issues, Managerial Leadership Issues, Pedagogy, Andragogy, Resources Human Resources, Social Humanities, Measurement, Instrumentation, Assessment, Evaluation and Training Education. Our journal is published 1 year 2 times, namely January-June and July-December. The results of the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated March 21, 2025 concerning the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for Period I of 2025, that the Benchmarking Journal of the Magister Manajemen Pendidiak of the State Islamic University of North Sumatra is Accredited Sinta 3
