Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines

 

Before submitting, authors must prepare their manuscript using the official journal template and follow the guidelines below. Download the manuscript template.

General Requirements

· The manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under review by another journal.
· It reports conceptual or empirical research within the journal's Focus and Scope.
· It is written in clear, correct English or Indonesian.
· It is free of plagiarism (similarity ≤ 20%, checked with Turnitin before submission).
· Length is approximately 4,000–8,000 words; shorter or longer manuscripts may be considered on merit.

Manuscript Structure

Title & AuthorsConcise, informative title; full name, affiliation, and email of each author; corresponding author and ORCID indicated.
Abstract & KeywordsA structured abstract of 150–250 words in English (and Indonesian, where applicable), followed by 3–6 keywords.
IntroductionBackground, problem statement, research questions, objectives, and the study's contribution relative to prior work.
MethodsMaterials, models, or procedures described in enough detail to permit reproducibility.
Results & DiscussionFindings presented clearly, then interpreted and compared with existing literature.
ConclusionKey findings, implications, limitations, and directions for future research.
ReferencesComplete and consistently formatted (see below).

Formatting

· Prepare the manuscript in Microsoft Word using the official ZERO template.
· Place all figures and tables within the text, numbered, with captions and readable resolution.
· Write equations with an equation editor and number them sequentially.
· Spell out abbreviations at first use and journal titles in full.

References

Cite recent and reputable sources, prioritizing peer-reviewed international journals. Use IEEE numbered style, managed with a reference manager (e.g., Mendeley or Zotero) for consistency. Provide a DOI for each source where available. A minimum of 15 references, mostly from the last five years, is recommended.

Required Declarations

Each manuscript must include, before the references:

· Conflict of Interest — declared, or stated as none.
· Funding — all sources of support, or stated as none.
· Data Availability — how the supporting data may be accessed.
· AI Declaration — any use of AI tools, as required by the journal's AI Tools Usage Policy.

Submission

All manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's Open Journal System (OJS) after author registration. Submissions by email are not accepted. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review and may be edited for style in accordance with the journal's in-house standards prior to publication.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.

· Maintaining the accuracy of the published scholarly record and its metadata
· Notifying users of new issues and journal announcements, where consent has been given

The journal does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties, except where required to deliver publishing services (for example, DOI registration and indexing) or by applicable law. Author names, affiliations, and email addresses that appear in published articles form part of the public scholarly record. This journal charges the following author fees.

Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR)
This journal applies the following author fee policy. Although manuscript submission is free of charge, authors are required to pay an Article Publication Fee upon acceptance of their manuscript for publication. This fee is levied to support the operational costs of journal management, encompassing editorial administration, manuscript processing, layout and typesetting, and DOI registration.
