Author Guidelines

Title

The title should adequately, clearly, and precisely describe the subject of the manuscript without ambiguity. The maximum length is 14 words. Ensure the title is specific and directly related to the study.

Authors

The manuscript can have a maximum of five authors. Names must be written without academic titles and include each author's affiliation. Example format:

  1. Name Surname
  2. Affiliation
  3. Email Address

Abstract

The abstract should summarize the manuscript, covering the background, problem, methods, results, discussion, and conclusions. The abstract must:

  • Avoid abbreviations unless defined.
  • Avoid mentioning trademarks or citations.
  • Contain 200-250 words.
  • Include at least 5 keywords that summarize the core of the research.

Introduction

The introduction must explain the background phenomena, prior studies, hypotheses, and the specific problem being addressed. Conclude this section with a clear research objective and/or key questions.

Literature Review

This section should critically synthesize prior studies, comparing theories, findings, and identifying research gaps. Highlight how these gaps form the basis of your study.

Method

Describe the problem-solving methods in detail. Use visuals such as diagrams or flowcharts where necessary. Ensure the section emphasizes the latest contributions and provides clarity on the research process.

Results

Present the findings clearly using tables, figures, or raw data as needed. This section should focus on results only, without interpretation or conclusions.

Discussion

Discuss the significance of the findings, compare them with prior research, and address any discrepancies. Provide insights into how the results contribute to solving the stated problem.

Conclusion and Suggestions

Summarize the key findings and their implications. Highlight any limitations and provide recommendations for future research. Discuss potential benefits and applications of the study.

References

Citations must follow the IEEE formatting style and include at least 10 sources published within the last 10 years, unless older references are essential for foundational theories.
