PEMAHAMAN MAHASISWATERHADAP KONSEP KEBUDAYAAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA

Abstract


This study employed a qualitative research method. To gather data, students from diverse backgrounds were recruited. Thematic analysis was conducted to identify patterns in students' perspectives and experiences regarding the concept of culture in Indonesian language learning. The findings revealed variations in students’ understanding, including their awareness of the role of culture in everyday language use, the interpretation of literary texts, and the relationship between language and cultural identity. The implications of this study highlight the importance of integrating cultural concepts into the Indonesian language curriculum to enrich students’ learning experiences and promote a deeper understanding of Indonesia’s cultural diversity.
