The editorial board hereby announces that several journal issues published between 2021 and 2024 are only available in print version and are not yet accessible online. The issues concerned are as follows:

• Vol. 8 No. 3 (2024)

All journal issues from Vol. 5 No. 1 (2021) to Vol. 8 No. 3 (2024) are available only in print. This is due to technical and administrative challenges experienced during the journal’s management transition, including digital system constraints, editorial team reorganization, and limited resources for online uploads. Nevertheless, all articles from this period have undergone peer review and editing in accordance with academic standards. Printed copies are properly archived and can be accessed upon official request to the editorial office.

As of 2025, the journal is once again actively managed and is committed to publishing issues online, openly, and regularly in accordance with open access principles and DOAJ standards.
