THE EFFECT OF TRAINING AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AS A MEDIATING VARIABLE IN EMPLOYEES OF RADIO REPUBLIK INDONESIA YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effect of professional development and training on the productivity of RRI Yogyakarta employees, with organizational commitment acting as a moderator. We selected 45 individuals to complete the survey using a census-based technique. To analyze the survey data, we used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The research found that both performance and organizational commitment were positively affected by opportunities for professional growth and training. Neither directly nor indirectly, organizational dedication does not seem to significantly impact performance. The quality of training programs and career development routes are more important factors in determining gains in employee performance, according to these data.
