Pengembangan Kurikulum Magister Dan Doktor Program Studi Komunikasi Dan Penyiaran Islam UINSU
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengembangan kurikulum serta uji praktik pada Program Magister dan Doktor dalam bidang Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam di Universitas Islam Negeri Sumatera Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum yang ada saat ini perlu diperbaharui untuk menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan ilmu komunikasi dan penyiaran yang dinamis, serta kebutuhan industri dan masyarakat. Uji praktik yang dilaksanakan juga perlu ditingkatkan agar lebih reflektif terhadap kompetensi yang dibutuhkan oleh lulusan, dengan melibatkan stakeholder dari dunia industri dan media. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategis dalam pengembangan kurikulum yang relevan dan aplikatif, serta meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Program Studi Komunikasi dan Penyiaran Islam.
