PERAN ORGANISASI REMAJA MASJID AL-MUNAWAROH DALAM MENINGKAT KAN NILAI- NILAI RELIGIUS PADA ANAK-ANAK DI DESA BANJAR SIBAGURI PANYABUNGAN III KABUPATEN MANDAILING NATAL

Abstract


This study aims to examine the role of the Al-Munawarah Mosque Youth Organization in promoting religious values among children in Banjar Sibaguri Village, Panyabungan III, Mandailing Natal Regency. The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected using triangulation techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation, with a total of ten informants participating in the study. The theoretical framework is based on Ralph Linton's role theory, which emphasizes that individuals occupy a status but perform roles. The activities carried out by the mosque youth organization to enhance religious values among children are community-oriented and have a positive influence on the surrounding environment. Every mosque youth organization operates with specific objectives, including the Al-Munawarah Mosque Youth Organization, which aims to instill and develop religious values in children. These activities not only serve as an example for other mosque youth organizations but also significantly impact children and their environment. The roles performed by the youth organization are instrumental in shaping the religious values of the younger generation and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
