JUSPI was founded in 2017 with no ISSN 2580-8311 (Online). In July 2017 it was published for the first time with 10 articles and the second issue in December with 10 articles. July and December are set as the time for each issue of the journal to be published. Until 2018 this journal is indexed by Google Scholar, ROAD, Moraref, and Crossref.
In 2019, JUSPI is indexed by Garuda and OneSearch.
JUSPI has used a new layout since edition Vol. 3 No. 1, July 2019. This was done to improve the quality and aesthetics of the appearance of the journal to make it more fresh and attractive.
We have noticed a mistake about the publication schedule, which previously every July and December has now been changed to every July and January. Thus the publication schedule fits more every six months or two issues per volume. This change takes effect from Vol. 3 No. 2 January 2020.
JUSPI has been accredited by Ministry of Research, Technology, and National Research and Innovation Agency of the Republic of Indonesia stated in SINTA 3 (Level 3) based on SK No. 148/M/KPT/2020.
Until Volume 4 Issue 2, copyrights are owned by the journal. After we understand in more detail about copyright in open access journals, since Volume 5 Issue 1, the copyright is owned by the authors.
In 2022, JUSPI is indexed by Dimensions.
