Abstract


Abstrak:

Tujuan: Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan Islami dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Metode: Metode yang digunakan pada artikel ini adalah dengan menggunakan telaah artikel sederhana atau mini literature review dengan berdasarkan untuk menemukan jawaban atas pertanyaan ilmiah sesuai tujuan artikel ini yang dipergunakan pada database (Emerald, Researchgates dan Google Scholar).

Hasil: Kepemimpinan Islami yang terdiri dari empat sifat dan dapat diperluas menjadi 25 sifat dapat mempengaruhi budaya organisasi islami sehingga membuat pegawai memiliki etika kerja islami yang akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai tersebut.

Kesimpulan: Kepemimpinan Islami dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai dengan di mediasi oleh etika kerja islami melalui budaya organisasi.
