Principal's Leadership Style in Increasing School Committee Participation

Abstract


Abstract
The school principal was instrumental in optimizing the function of the school
committee in advancing the school he leads, the role of the school committee is
required in advancing education, school principals must have a style of
leadership to enable the duties and responsibilities of school committees for
the schools into schools that are reliable and qualified, disciplined, Science and
technology and devoted to God Almighty.
