Peran Pelatihan Kaderisasi Taruna Melati 1 terhadap Kecerdasan Intrapersonal Siswa

Abstract


The development of intrapersonal intelligence among high school students is crucial in fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and goal-oriented behaviorskills often overlooked in conventional academic programs. To address this gap, this study investigates the influence of the Basic Cadre Training Taruna Melati 1, a school-based leadership and character development program, on students' intrapersonal intelligence at Madrasah Aliyah Muhammadiyah 1 Medan. The training is conducted by local school branches under the supervision of regional leadership. This quantitative research employed statistical analysis to assess the impact of the training, using simple linear regression via SPSS 22.0. The result, Y = 7.365 + 0.082X, indicates that a 8.2% increase in training engagement corresponds to an 8.2% rise in intrapersonal intelligence. The t-test showed tcount (0.933) > ttable (0.933) with a significance level of 0.040 < 0.05, and the F-test yielded Fcount (23.310) > Ftable (3.250) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.327, indicating that 32.7% of the variation in intrapersonal intelligence is explained by the training, while the remaining 67.3 % is influenced by other factors
