PENERAPAN PROGRAM PENGAJARAN DENGAN MODEL BLENDED LEARNING PADA SEKOLAH DASAR DI KOTA RANTAU

Abstract


Abstract: The research aims to know Elementary School teachers teaching model in Rantau City by using blended learning at covid-19 pandemic. This research focused to teachers as primary data resource. The used research method is qualitative approach by design case study. The research used simple analysis that undercover for appeared phenomena in learning at covid-19 pandemic. Result of this research conduct the Elementary School teachers try to optimizing technology for teaching by blended model. However, some obstacle found from teachers and students, such as problem in teaching material, problem in understanding teacher instruction, and problem in sending task with video format due to big size.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model mengajar guru Sekolah Dasar di kota Rantau dengan menggunakan model blended pada masa pandemic covid-19. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada para guru sebagai sumber data utamanya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis sederhana yang hanya mengungkapkan fenomena yang terjadi pada pembelajaran masa pandemic covid-19 di kota Rantau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa para guru sekolah dasar berusaha memaksimalkan teknologi yang ada untuk melakukan pengajaran dengan model blended. Meskipun beberapa kendala ditemukan baik dari guru maupun dari murid, seperti kesulitan mengajarkan materi, kesulitan memahami instruksi guru, hingga kesulitan melakukan pengiriman tugas yang berbentuk video karena memiliki ukuran yang besar.
