Abstract
Abstract
In the late 16th century, Europe entered a decisive century in the world of philosophical development since Descartes, Spinoza, and Leibniz tried to construct a philosophical system with a thinking world at its center, namely a system of rational thinking. Rational thinking continues to develop and produce more advanced civilizations in various fields, and one of them is political development. Therefore, it is very interesting to see how the development of western philosophy, especially in the political field, has evolved. We know that in various ways it has become a culture that has brought people to a more advanced development. From research, it was found that the development of western political philosophy was inseparable from the intervention of the Islamic world, which is a source of inspiration for the world of western political philosophy today.
