<p>The first hypothesis to note is that God exists, after we know the meaning of God that is so magnified by humans. Prove the existence of God is obtained by the philosophers of Ancient Greece during the preceding in the meaning and thought that is the metaphysical or empirical. Testing-testing the thinking there is that starting from the cosmological proof, psychological and moral or ethical.</p><p> According to Aristotle, the cosmological proof is based on the necessity of the existence of a cause (cause effeciens) which became the origin of the change. The existence of nature and everything happens is because of the existence of God as the first Mover does not move. So did the thought of psychology that explains the presence of the Lord is evidenced by the wide range of experience of reality. The experience is really felt would show the reality, and the experience of connecting with one's deepest soul, i.e. God. The experiences of the soul will know someone that reality as a whole or keuniversalitasan is the self of God itself.</p><p> The way to find God also can be proven from the side of moral (moral). This assumption predicts the existence of an inseparable relationship between the values of decency by God. The basic staples of this thinking lies in the opinion of Socrates who explained that values (morality) is the real parts was co-author of a world order. <p>Intellect as the power of thought that exists in humanity strives to close at God and revelation as a message from the realm of metaphysics down to humans. Religion is a kind of regulation that avoids humans from chaos and delivers humanity to order. In the Indian intellectual tradition, Darsana is a philosophical (western) term, but essentially, there are very basic differences, (western) philosophy apart from religion while darsana remains rooted in religion. This study explains how the relationship between philosophy and religion using the library reset approach. The knife of analysis is used. The primary books are related to philosophy, religion, and Hindu teachings, in finding the truth through the study above. Philosophy in Hindu religion is known as Sad Darsana. Hindu philosophy (darsana) is a process of rationalization of religion and is an integral part of Hinduism that cannot be separated. <p>Many people consider Islam as a radical religion, anarchist, terrorist and so on, this stigma becomes a turning point of the values of Islamic peace as a religion <em>rahmatan lil'alamin.</em> Islam is also tarnished, especially in the eyes of non-Muslims who later led to Islamophobia in the West and Europe so that for them Islam is synonymous with violence and terrorism. In fact, hundreds of years ago Islam once ruled the world with peace, justice and safety. How can the Messenger of Allah be assured of the Monastery of Saint Catherine so that they are safe, comfortable and live peacefully in the protection of Islamic authority. This study aims to determine the guarantee of the Messenger of Allah against non-Muslims of their basic rights in religious, national and state life. The method used is descriptive qualitative method, which is a research process with a methodology that investigates the Prophet's agreement to the Monastery of St. Catherine through a historical approach. Broadly speaking, there are three findings in this study; first there is an indication of the authenticity of the text of the guarantee letter of the Prophet to the Monastery of Saint Catherine. Second, the contents of the manuscript are in accordance with Islamic teachings and law. <p>The conflict of establishment a place of worship is often an obstacle in efforts to create religious harmony. Not infrequently found in the establishment a place of worship experiencing problems, because the problem a place of worship is something that very sensitive and often triggers conflict. The purpose of this study to describe the problems that trigger conflict and analyzing conflict resolution mechanisms a HKBP church. This study uses qualitative-descriptive methods, namely research efforts that are based on the methodology in studying the phenomenon of conflicts the places of worship found in Indonesia. This study uses a sociology religion approach, which seeks to pay attention to the patterns of interaction of religious communities that cause conflict in the midst of Muslim and Christian communities. Based on the results of the research this conflict was caused by excessive religious emotions from local youth, the rejection of Muslims on the existence of the HKBP church which has disturbed the local community, there is a feeling that the position of the mosque can be threatened with a church whose buildings are more magnificent and the problem of establishing a house of worship that does not meet the requirements in the regulation of the Minister of Religion. <p>This article examines the values of optimism contained in <em>isti'adzah</em> and <em>basmalah</em>. The object of the study is the Book of Tafsir ar-Razi (<em>Mafatih al-Ghaib</em>) by Imam Fakhr ad-Din ar-Razi. This interpretation tends to be philosophical. In interpreting <em>isti'adzah</em> and <em>basmalah</em>, he tried to explore the wisdom implied in it so that it had an association with optimism. Among them that the most pronunciation of main ( <em>afdhal</em>) is a’udzu instead of asta'idzu even though the clause of the verse mentions <em>fasta'idz</em> (ask for protection). Because a'udzu is a pledge that describes the condition of an optimistic servant who has entered the protection of God Almighty. In addition to the basmalah pronunciation there is a deleted word (<em>mahdzuf</em>), namely: <em>bismillah ibtada `kullu syai</em>`. A parable is revealed about the king's slave who bought several horses, camels or donkeys by labeling the king's name on the shoulders of the animal so that the enemies could not disturb him. In this case it is as if Allah Almighty. said "actually Satan is an eternal enemy in every obedience. If you want to start obedience, then make it a symbol of My name so that the enemy cannot interfere in your worship. <p>Some problems revolve around the Hadith from quality problems to erroneous and misleading understandings. Other problems are a number of contradictory traditions in physical terms. This Hadith may not be practiced unless it has been ascertained that the hadith is free from opposition and is free from cancellation. The process of ascertaining the element of ikhtilaf in the hadith to find a way to resolve it properly cannot be solved by just anyone except a handful of ulama who are experts in the fields of hadith, fiqh and ushul fiqh. One of the contemporary scholars who was considered qualified in this field was Sheikh Salih al-Usaimin. So this paper aims to find out how to solve the Hadith Mukhtalif Sheikh Usaimin. By using a character study approach through tracing the works and thinking in the field of Hadith and others. The results of the study indicate that the completion of Sheikh Usaimin's authentic traditions is using the plural method, nasakh, tarjih and tawaqquf. But as far as the author's research on the tawaqquf method, Sheikh Usaimin did not give an example of his case, as strengthened by his own statement in his book al-Usul min ‘Ilmi al-Usul, which explains that there is no right example for the tawaqquf method. Through this article, it is hoped that we can appear as nashir as-sunnah by examining the problems of hadith and developing theories of Hadith science that have been passed down by previous scholars.</p>Siti Ardianti

<p>Indonesia's political chaos starting from Corruption, Collusion and Nepotism is an unresolved problem and there has been no bright spot to date. There is no formula and the right solution to solve this problem. It is likened to a building, Indonesia is a strong country but very easily collapsed due to political problems, ranging from individuals and groups.</p><p>Therefore it is necessary to have a strong and sturdy construction to support the building so that it does not easily collapse. Reconstruction built by M.Iqbal with khudi gave birth to a healthy and dynamic politics. As for things that can strengthen the mind: Love, Faqr, courage or enthusiasm, Tolerance, Halal business, and honest and creative work. This can be used as a reconstruction in contemporary Indonesian politics. Love and responsibility will color individuals who are involved in politics. Khudi as a philosophical thought serves to strengthen Indonesia's easily shaken political foundation.</p><p>The type of research used in this research is descriptive analysis which in this case political reconstruction will be based on M.Iqbal theory, namely gambling. library research method. <p align="center"><strong>Abstrac</strong></p><p>This paper will further reveal the hadith about the creation of women from ribs by displaying various related hadith texts, capturing their sanad, analyzing their death through the comments of authoritative scholars. This study is a response to the feminist assumption that the hadith is gender biased or "mysoginist". From this it was found that sanad the hadith was authentic, because all the blessings were thsiqat. Although the hadith contains Israiliyat, it does not reduce its validity because it does not conflict with Aqeedah and Islamic teachings. This hadith is not in conflict with Qs. an-Nisa, verse: 1, is actually used as an explanation as contained in at-Tabari, Ibn Kathir, ar-Razi, and Thantawi. There are two views in interpreting the hadith, namely textual and metaphorical. The difference in how to interpret it is not tadhadd (contradictory) but only tanawwu '(diverse). In addition, the meaning does not necessarily make women inferior to men, because in the Islamic perspective, glory is not measured by the origin of creation. <p>Today, Muslim are often seen as radical and intolerant people against followers of other religious who are suspected of being terrorist. This triggers conflict between people to cause casualties. It even happened when named Muhammad, he could not go to the west. This is different from the messenger of Allah, who was also an apostle and leader in Makkah and Madinah, but was successful in building people’s welfare from a social and economic perspective. The method of this writing is descriptive qualitative method, namely the writing process with a methodology that investigates phenomena and social situations. The type of writing according to the place is research library with a historical study with an approach to revelation from the Koran and Hadith. The purpose of this paper is the extent of the prophet’s cooperation at that time so that the people prospered and for Muslims now to follow the way of the Prophet who was full of tenderness. The results of this paper are that the Messenger of Allah is a person who is very tolerant to other religious, gentle and has never forcibly spread Islam to non-Muslims.
