GAMBARAN RESPON PESERTA JKN MENGENAI KENAIKAN PREMI PADA DUA PUSKESMAS KOTA MEDAN TAHUN 2019

Abstract


Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan kenaikan premi pada Agustus 2019 sehingga menimbulkan respon negatif maupun positif baik pada tingkat pemerintah maupun masyarakat sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengkaji seberapa sensitif masyarakat akan kebijakan kenaikan tarif premi JKN.  Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat diskriptif kuantitatif non analitik dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Lokasi penelitian adalah Puskesmas Sering dan Puskesmas Selayang II dengan responden 100 orang yang dipilih secara convenience sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa kuesioner meliputi sosio-demografi, persepsi layanan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) dan respon kenaikan premi. Analisis data secara univariat menggunakan proram IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara umum pelayanan kesehatan yang dirasakan peserta JKN sudah cukup baik, sementara respon terhadap kenaikan premi sangat negatif. Perlu perhatian serius membahas potensi negatif kenaikan premi berdasarkan kajian ekonomi yang mendalam.
