<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Tentang Jurnal</span><em><br /></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>JURNAL ansiru PAI</em></strong> adalah Jurnal ilmiah dalam bidang Pendidikan dan Pengembangan Profesi Guru PAI dan kajian yang dikelola dan diterbitkan oleh Program Magister (S.2) Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan (FITK) Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sumatera Utara Medan. Jurnal ini menyajikan topik-topik yang berkenaan Pengembangan Profesi Guru PAI yang didasarkan pada empat Kompetensi yaitu: Kompetensi Pedagogis, Kompetensi Kepribadian, Kompetensi Sosial, dan Kompetensi Profesional. Dialog dan pembahasannya dapat dipotret dari berbagai sudut pandang. <strong><em>J</em><em>urnal Ansiru PAI</em></strong> diterbitkan dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari –Juni dan Juli – Desember setiap tahunnya.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">About the journal</span></strong></p><p><em><strong>JURNAL ansiru PAI </strong></em>is a scientific journal on Teacher Training and Development of Islamic Education. The journal is managed by Master Degree Program under the Faculty of Islamic Education and Teacher Training (FITK) of the State Islamic University of North Sumatera (UIN Sumatera Utara). This journal focuses on the discussion of teacher training and development of Islamic education on the basis of four competences: pedagogical, personal, social, and professional skills. <p>The aim of this research is to find out to what extent the independent learning curriculum for student character development at SMP IT Khansa Khalifah Sunggal has been put into practice. This research uses qualitative methodology, meaning that the data collected is not in the form of numbers but in the form of words or photos. The aim of qualitative research is to gain a more comprehensive understanding of social phenomena by examining a broader context. This topic is closely related to the impact of this concept on character education, because this topic functions as a framework for fostering values related to character development and encouraging the cultivation of virtuous qualities. The main objective of the policy implemented in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum in schools is to ensure that students have adequate access to state-of-the-art learning facilities. Pendidikan madrasah diniyah takmiliyah merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan keagamaan islam non formal yang mana dilaksanakannya secara terstruktur dan berjenjang sebagai pelengkap pelaksanaan pendidikan agama islam pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, menengah, dan tinggi. Dengan berkembangnya zaman, pendidikan non formal seperti sekolah DTA semakin menurut peminatnya, hal ini dirasakan oleh sekolah DTA Mathlaul Falah Banyusari. Dalam tahun Ketahun penerimaan siswa baru mengalami penurunan. Dengan adanya kasus tersebut, penting kiranya dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab menurunnya minat pendidikan DTA Mathlaul Falah. Tujuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan kepada seluruh lembaga madrasah non formal untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan DTA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Adapun teknik analisis data dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data serta menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab menurunnya minat pendidikan di DTA Mathlaul Falah adalah: Pertama, faktor orang tua seperti kondisi ekonomi yang tidak tetap, kurangnya perhatian orang tua dalam memilih Pendidikan Islam. Kedua, Faktor Lingkungan seperti Orang tua lebih bangga dalam mengutamakan anaknya lebih bagus dalam ke jenjang Pendidikan formalnya dari pada Pendidikan islam, serta pengaruh IPTEK. Ketiga, Faktor seperti rasa malas pada anak, menambah tugas anak, faktor lingkungan, serta kurangnya arahan orang tua dalam memberikan ajaran Pendidikan Islam. <table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="369"><p>Learning in Elementary School (SD), especially in reading ability is a basic thing that must be owned by every child. If a child at lower school age does not quickly acquire reading skills, then he or she will face many difficulties in pursuing various fields of research in later classes. This study aims to describe what are the factors that hinder reading ability in Class 2 at SDN Dawuan Tengah 1. This method uses qualitative evaluation research to describe and analyze phenomena that occur in SDN Dawuan Tengah I in terms of reading ability. The data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. The subject of this study was class 2A of SD Negeri Dawuan Tengah 1 with a total of 28 students consisting of 13 male students and 15 female students. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the factors inhibiting reading ability in Grade 2 at SDN Dawuan Tengah 1 were intellectual factors, environmental factors, motivation, and interests. </p></td></tr></tbody></table>Syafira Nurmala SalsabilFerianto Ferianto

are categorized as children with special needs, the author here examines how learning to pray for children with special needs at Pembina Medan Special Special School in North Sumatra by Islamic Religious Education teachers . In this study the authors used descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The researcher uses data analysis techniques using Miles and Huberman's theory, which is a theory that proposes an activity in analyzing qualitative data that is carried out interactively and continues continuously until complete. There are 4 kinds of components according to the theory of Miles and Huberman as follows: Data Collection, Data Reduction, Data Presentation, Withdrawal/Verification . The results of this study indicate that the learning that is carried out at the E Negeri Pembina Medan Extraordinary School is prayer. By exemplary and habituation by using demonstration and imitation methods so that children will imitate what a teacher does with a note that they must be guided because they are children who have their own limitations.
